UNDER BONNET
Under bonnet dual battery system are often the most common and sought after dual battery install. The system is tucked away under the bonnet and does not require the use of any additional space in the vehicle. Most common under bonnet dual battery systems are on the Toyota 200 series, Prado and Hilux but is not limited to these models. We have successfully installed the system also in the new 2020 Nissan Patrol V8, Pajero as well as a wide variety of other vehicles. Although the under bonnet dual battery system is often preferred due to it's minimal use of space, it has it's limitations on battery size and capacity that can be installed.
LITHIUM BATTERY
Lithium battery system and upgrades are becoming more common in 4wd's and caravans as prices are coming down and an understanding of the usable capacity is spreading.
